The Happy Space Allied Health presents… Helping Your Child Learn to Read & Write @ Home
This workshop will be run by Olivia, an experienced speech pathologists with a love of literacy and supporting families in teaching reading & writing skills at home! Olivia has extensive experience working in local schools to support their students to reach literacy goals.
The Happy Space Allied Health is currently partnered with Ascot Vale Primary School, Footscray Primary School, Sunshine Heights Primary School and Wembley Primary School. Through these partnerships and their clinical work, The Happy Space is dedicated to bringing the Science of Reading to life, empowering families with practical, evidence-based strategies that make learning to read a successful and enjoyable experience for every child.
Who’s it for? All prep parents (and grade 1 parents whose children may need some extra support)
When is it? Tuesday 16th June @ 6:30-7:30pm, via Zoom
Cost? FREE!!
